"I’ve been happy with this massage chair..."
I’ve been happy with this massage chair so far. It feels solid when you sit in it, the frame doesn’t creak, and the leather-like material looks and feels nicer than I expected for the price.
My only regret is not checking the smaller details a little more closely before buying. A couple of the plastic side pieces feel lighter than I’d like, and the remote holder was a bit loose. That said, the important parts feel well made, so I still think it’s a good chair overall.

"Wish I’d bought it sooner"
I’ve been using this for all kinds of things around the house, i kind of regret not getting one earlier. It’s handy almost anywhere and ends up being useful way more often than I expected

I ordered from cloudmassage.com i was kinda surprised by how fast it showed up. The tracking updated like it should, and my package got here in just a few days. No delivery issues at all, which was niiice. Overall, super happy with how quickly everything arrived.

The site has a really clean, calming look, which I liked. It was easy to get around too. I don’t know, a few pages felt a little plain to me, like they could use just a bit more personality, but overall it was a nice experience...

I like that it can go from really soft to strong, depending on what I need. Like... some days I want something gentle, and other times I turn it up a bit. Works great overall.

"Pretty simple overall"
CloudMassage was really easy to use. I found what I needed and booked it without having to click around a bunch or figure out all this extra stuff. It loaded fine on my phone too, which helped. Nothing felt confusing or anything like that, just quick and easy, which was exactly what I wanted.

The massage was okay overall, but it felt kind of uneven in places. Some parts were relaxing, while others felt a bit rushed or not as focused. Nothing went wrong, but I’m cautious about where I go for bodywork, so I’d probably think twice before booking again

I bought this from cloudmassage.com about a year ago, at first I really liked it. It felt good after long shifts, especially when my feet were just sore and tired.
But after a few months, the pressure didn’t feel as strong anymore, and one side started making a little noise. It still works, so I wouldn’t say it’s awful, but for the price, I kinda expected it to last better. Overall, just average for me

"Warranty was really really easy"
Cloud Massage made the warranty process super easy. My massager had an issue, I sent over a few pics, and they shipped out a replacement without a bunch of back and forth or hassle hassle. Happy with how it all went.

The box showed up with a small dent on one side, which had me a little worried at first, but everything inside was totally fine. I reached out just to check, and support basically said something like, “As long as the item is okay, you should be all set, but let us know if anything seems off.” So no real issue in the end. Maybe it could use a bit more padding, but overall it was fine.

"Really comfy and fits me well"
I ordered mine from cloudmassage.com after a friend recommended it, it’s been more comfortable than I expected. It doesn’t feel too tight or awkward, and I can use it while I’m just relaxing on the couch without having to constantly shift around.
The fit works well for me and it’s easy to adjust, which I really appreciate. It took a little bit of time to get used to, but once I did, it felt natural. I’m happy with it so far.
